Biography
Brian Edwards is a litigator specializing in inheritance and family related cases, insurance-related matters on behalf of corporate policyholders. His practice involves the prosecution of complex coverage disputes, matters involving insurance brokers, and premium disputes. He is known for his pragmatic advice and ability to secure maximum recovery for his clients through negotiation, trial, or appeal.
His experience spans a wide range of policy types, including General Liability, Directors' & Officers' (D&O), Fiduciary Liability, Errors & Omissions (E&O), Cyber Risk, Employment Practices Liability, Crime/Fidelity, Property, Builder's Risk, Products Liability, Pollution/Environmental, and other specialty coverages.
